Makeup Revolution Flawless

I think that the first MUR eyeshadow palette that had 32 shades was this particular one - Makeup Revolution Flawless eyeshadow palette, but it found a place in my makeup collection not so long ago. Mostly because of the price that I though (and still think to this day) was to high because the palette is relatively small in size. That is why, when Pink Panda had it on sale for about 50% off, I decided to get it and see for myself.

Mislim da je prva MUR paleta od 32 sjenila bila upravo ova - Makeup Revolution Flawless eyeshadow palette, iako se u mojoj kolekciji našla tek nedavno. Najviše zbog cijene za koju sam mislila (i još uvijek mislim) da nije opravdana jer je paleta relativno mala. Zato, kada ju je Pink Panda snizila za otprilike 50%, popustila sam.

The palette comes in a shiny gold cardboard box. The name is on the front side, and on the back it shows you how the shades should look like (not so accurate). The palette itself is made of shiny black plastic with gold lettering. It seems quite sturdy.

Paleta dolazi u sjajnoj zlatnoj kartonskoj kutiji, na prednjoj strani je utisnut naziv, dok pozadina prikazuje nijanse koje paleta sadrži (nisu najtočnije prikazane). Sama paleta je načinjena od sjajne crne plastike s zlatnim naptisom, čvrsta je i doima se kvalitetnom.

The palette comes with a clear protective foil with the names of each shade and a big mirror. I like when they put mirrors like this in palettes. It looks really nice and I can actually use it when I do my makeup outside the house.

Dolazi sa zaštitnom folijom na kojoj su ispisani nazivi svakog pojedinog sjenila i velikim ogledalom. Volim kad stave ovako velika ogledala koja se protežu cijelom dužinom palete. Lijepo izgleda, a i posluži kada se šminkam izvan kuće.

The palette contains 32 eyeshadows which aren't that big. The 6 are matte, 1 is matte with glitter, 18 sheen and 7 foiled eyeshadows.

Sadrži 32 sjenila koja i nisu baš velika. Od toga ih je 6 mat, 1 mat sa šljokicama, 18 laganog sjaja te 7 jako sjanog finiša (foiled).

The each shade is different in texture and pigmentation (it seems that there are a few different formulas), which you can see in the photos of swatches. Matte light shades are a bit dry and chalky, so I had to go over 3 - 4 times to get the color to show. I use them only as a base shades anyway, over the primer just to set it, so I don't really mind the lack of pigmentation.
The foiled shades are the most pigmented ones and go on very smooth, but the sheen shades very. There are some very soft ones, but also the ones that have a lot of fallout.
All of the shades blend nicely overall.
I wore the shadows for 8 hours, with a primer and they didn't crease of budge.

Sjenila se razlikuju po teksturi i pigmentaciji (kao da ih ima nekoliko vrsta), što se može i vidjeti na slikama swatcheva. Mat svijetla sjenila su dosta suha i kredasta te sam morala po 3 - 4 puta prijeći da bi se boja uopće vidjela. Na očima ih koristim kao bazna sjenila nakon što nanesem primer da bi ga setala, pa mi ni nije potrebno da su jako pigmentirana.
Najbolje pigmentirana su foiled boje, ove jako sjajne, te se nanose lijepo i jednako, a ova sa lagano sjanim finišem se razlikuju od nijanse do nijanse. Ima tu jako mekanih i kremastih sjenila, ali i onih koji se jako truse.
Sve nijanse se lijepo blendaju.
Sjenila sam imala 8h na očima, s primerom te nisu izblijedile niti se pomakle s kapka.

Overall, I don't like that fact that each shade is different in texture and pigmentation. With some of them are nearly impossible to work with, you have to really take time and build it up to get some color payoff on the lid. Besides that, I really like the colour selection. Also, I think that there aren't enough matte shades in here, so I always use it with some other palette. But, the rest of the shades, especially the sheen and foiled ones are some of the best and I use them a lot.

Ne sviđa mi se tolika različitost u teksturi i pigmentaciji sjenila. S nekima je gotovo pa nemoguće raditi i postići da se bar malo boje vidi na kapku. Iako, izbor nijansi mi se jako sviđa. Također, po meni, nema dovoljno mat nijansi, pa ju najčešće koristim zajedno s još nekom. Unatoč tome, ostala sjenila, pogotovo ona sjajnog finiša su jedna od boljih te često posežem za njima.
